A common issue I see on inspections is the bolts that are used to mount/anchor the toilet securely to the floor.
These anchor bolts need to be secured, cut off, and a plastic cap installed over them. This will prevent injury from stubbing your toe/foot and rust development which can impact the strength of the anchor bolt. Fixing this small issue now can help prevent a potential bigger issue later!
